2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.
3. Programs & Content
Course materials, assessments, and certificates are provided for educational purposes. Program descriptions, schedules, and requirements may be updated to reflect curriculum improvements. Completion does not guarantee employment or licensure unless expressly stated for a specific credential.
4. Payments
Fees are due as described at enrollment. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, share copyrighted materials unlawfully, harass others, attempt to disrupt systems, or misrepresent your identity or credentials. Academic integrity policies apply to all assessments.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, curricula, and trademarks remain the property of EDEX Institute or its licensors. You may use materials only for personal learning within enrolled programs unless written permission is granted.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDEX Institute disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs.
