1. Overview
EDEX Institute wants learners to feel confident enrolling. This policy explains when refunds may be issued for self-paced and cohort-based programs purchased directly through EDEX.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be available if you cancel within the stated window and have not substantially accessed course materials or completed graded assessments, as defined below.
3. Timeline
- Submit your request as soon as possible within the eligibility window.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days.
- Funds return to the original payment method; bank posting times may vary.
4. Exceptions
Organizational bulk purchases, scholarship seats, and third-party sponsored enrollments follow the agreement with the sponsoring organization. Duplicate charges and verified technical failures preventing access may be reviewed case by case.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@edexinstitute.org with your full name, order/enrollment ID, program name, and reason for the request.
- Or submit a message via the Contact form with topic “Other” and “Refund request” in the message.
- Our billing team will confirm eligibility and next steps by email.
